I have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for my fur-kids which is a top rated company! The premium for both of them together is $109 a month and I've had coverage with them for 5 years now.
(broken down my 12 yr old dogs is $70 a month and my 6 year old dogs is $39 a month)
I have their highest rated plan which pays out 80% after a $250 yearly deductible per fur-kid.

The older your pet is, the higher the monthly premium, as noted above.

Filing a claim with them is super easy! You simply snap a photo of your vet bill and submit it through their app on your cell phone. Reimbursement is a breeze with direct deposit as well!
