Ingredients
2 cups of whole wheat flower
1 cup of rolled oats
1/3 cup of peanut butter (organic is best)
1 1/4 cup of hot water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients first
Stir in peanut butter and hot water
Knead the dough, add more if too sticky
Roll out on floured surface
Use cookie cutters
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet
Bake for 40 mins
